I cannot speak more highly of The Specialists. I’ve been using them for decades. I’m old enough to remember getting my first cassette deck from them. About four years ago, I had a BMW which didn’t support Car Play. Jerry at The Specialists helped me with an after market system. When it was stumbling with the BMW software, Jerry took great lengths to make sure it was working. (The problem was that BMW’s software can be problematic, so it was not anything Specialists did wrong.) He even gave me his cell number so I could text him for help. I recently upgraded to a new car and wanted to take care of it with PPF and tinting. The quality of service at The Specialists continues to be unbeatable. Cisco did a great job setting me up, and then Christian Salgado, the PPF Manager, was absolutely awesome. I’m a retired high school teacher, and Christian was my student. I couldn’t be more proud of him. He does the work himself, and on pickup, he walked me through every single thing that had been done. When I spotted a small bubble, he pulled out a needle to extract the air on the spot. It was so clear that he loves both his job and where he does it. In two weeks, part of the package means that they will bring me back for another once over, to check every single detail to make sure it’s 100% right. He also gave me his cell number to contact with any questions. The product comes with a ten year warranty, and he explained in great detail what that means and how to access my benefits if any problem were to surface. With both Christian and Jerry, I never felt that they were rushing or high-pressuring me. I shared that with Christian and he told me that this comes from the top down: we will do things right, we don’t pressure, and we take care of our customers. His vibe, and that of all of the employees I encountered, was that this makes The Specialists a truly great place to work: people who love and excel at what they do, and don’t feel pressure to treat customers as tools to be pressured and upsold. I know people often say “I rarely write reviews,” but … it’s true for me. I rarely write reviews. Knowing how much it can help a business and great people working hard, I had to give a shout out to The Specialists. Many thanks to Christian and everyone there!

Schedule some warranty work from tinted windows I had 20 and 12 years ago. They did a fantastic job of removing the old film and installing the new film. Left the interior very clean.

This is the best place in town to get Window Tints and ceramic PPF. They do have awesome products, and quality of jobs are above standard. After all, special thanks to Christian and David taking good care both my wife and my vehicles. They truly warranty minor ware out of PPF over the time until met my high standard.

The team over at the Specialist have handled multiple vehicles of mine both personally and professionally. I had paint protection film applied at the Specialists on the auto mall this past week. This was my second experience with this shop and I couldn't be happier. This latest application was for a full front-end protection for my new 4runner. Simply put, Christian Salgado, the application professional, did an amazing job. The work was completed with great attention to detail. Christian was more than interested in providing a finished result that exceeded my exception and I must admit to being a bit of a perfectionist. Johnny Diaz, the store manager, was polite and professional and went above and beyond to assure my complete satisfaction. The cost was very reasonable considering the level of time, effort and materials involved.
